At A Bronze Age, we want you to love your locally crafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to our studio in perfect condition.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
